| ANY item you buy or receive from eJewelry can be exchanged or returned for a money-back refund if you are not completely satisfied. We want you to LOVE every item you receive and accept returns for up to 90 days from shipment date. |

Please note that returned jewelry and packaging must be in new condition. Worn or tarnished items cannot be returned. In the unusual event an item received is defective or damaged it must be returned within 30 days for a replacement. |
